Enquiry received

Thank you. We have the vessel details.

Your consultation request is ready for review by the marine service team.

01

What happens next

A repair request moves through three practical checks.

01

We read the symptoms

We review the vessel type, your description and the service you selected. If the fault could change the safest next step, we focus first on whether the boat should be run, moved or inspected in place.

02

We define the useful first visit

Where a published package fits, we confirm its scope. Where the problem needs diagnosis first, we explain what the inspection needs to establish before repair work can be priced sensibly.

03

We confirm scope before work

Additional work is not folded into a fixed package without approval. If inspection changes the job, the revised scope is separated and agreed before the repair proceeds.

Useful before we speak

Three details can make the first conversation faster.

Engine and model details

Manufacturer, model, approximate hours and the last known service date if available.

When the symptom appears

Cold start, hot running, under load, at a certain rpm, after rain, after shore power or only underway.

Recent changes

Lift-out, grounding, battery replacement, electrical work, engine-room work, storage or a hard passage.
